GM Level – Property Development
Lead the Project. Drive the Result.
We are looking for an experienced Project Leader who can lead the overall project management process and ensure the achievement of Time, Quality, and Cost targets in line with the company’s objectives.
What You’ll Lead
- End-to-end project development & construction execution
- Project timeline, quality, budget & cost control
- Leadership & coordination of project team, contractor and consultant
- Project problem solving, risk management & decision making
- Coordination with Management/BOD, government, community and key stakeholders
- Project completion hingga handover kepada Property Management.
What We’re Looking For
- S1 Civil Engineering / Architecture
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Project / Construction / Property Development
- Proven experience in leading project teams
- Strong in Project Management, Budgeting, Cost Control & Risk Management
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication & decision-making
- Assertive, accountable, collaborative and result-oriented.
