Project Assistant (6 months contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the coordination and execution of the annual brand event, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Act as a primary point of contact for exhibitors and event venues, to coordinate the contracts, event materials, booth design and onsite arrangement.
• Source event souvenirs, proceed with internal procurement and follow up on the design and delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to support event production and logistics.
• Support onsite event operations, including set-up, registration, and breakdown, and help resolve issues as needed.
• Assist in preparing event registration page, documents and onsite materials.
• Help gather feedback and assist in preparing post-event reports.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience; experience with events or exhibitions is a plus.
• Good organizational and communication skills; responsible and detail-oriented.
• A team player who is proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
