Project Assistant (Boötes Group)

About the role

As a Project Assistant, you will support our senior leadership team across our core business in immigration, EOR, and Academy services. You will support the Director in achieving company, coordinate individual client cases, and provide tailored solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director in achieving company coordinate individual client cases, and provide tailored solutions to clients.

• Answer inquiries about immigration/visa applications

• Assess client needs and provide tailored immigration solutions

• Prepare and submit visa applications and supporting documents

• Make appointments and handle related duties through calls and emails

• Keep track of application progress

• Complete English writing/translation tasks to meet the requirements of clients and immigration departments

• Support preparing proposals and reviewing and revising client documentation, including business plan/cover letter writing

• Support administration and ad hoc project management tasks as required

About you

• Degree holder or above in Business or related fields
• Excellent communication skills in oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• 2 to 3 years of work experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and works well under pressure
• Excellent multi-tasker, detail-oriented, and independent worker
• Self-motivated and strives for excellence
• Proficient computer skills with expertise in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn quickly, think creatively, and work flexibly
• Ability to thrive under pressure by successfully handling multiple tasks concurrently in a highly international business environment
