公司業務:

本司為香港頂尖裝修承建商，專注高端豪宅及發展商示範單位項目，與著名設計師緊密合作。

因業務拓展，現誠聘工程助理，負責技術圖則及地盤統籌支援。

職責範疇

* 解讀及繪製設計圖與施工圖則，協助技術文件整理；

* 熟悉裝修物料規格及施工工藝，跟進現場施工流程與品質；

* 協調及統籌地盤日常運作，確保項目進度及溝通順暢；

* 配合設計師、承建團隊及相關部門，處理現場事項及進度匯報。

入職要求

* 大專或以上學歷（室內設計／建築／工程相關優先）；

* 熟練掌握 AutoCAD、SketchUp 及 MS Office；

* 具基本英語及普通話溝通能力；

* 具獨立解決問題能力、自學心態及團隊合作精神；

* 能經常往返地盤（港九新界），工作主動細心，具責任感。

We are a premier interior fit-out contractor in Hong Kong, specializing in luxury residential projects and developer showflats, working closely with renowned designers.

We are now seeking a Project Assistant to support project and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Interpret and draft design and construction drawings; assist in technical documentation;

* Understand fit-out materials and construction methods; monitor on-site workflow and quality;

* Coordinate and oversee daily site operations to ensure project timelines and smooth communication;

* Liaise with designers, construction teams, and relevant departments; handle site issues and progress updates.

Requirements

* Higher diploma or above (preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field);

* Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office;

* Basic command of English and Putonghua;

* Ability to work independently and solve problems; self-motivated learner with a team spirit;

* Frequently required to visit sites across HK Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories; proactive, detail-minded, and responsible.
