Key Responsibilities

Website Management

• Maintain and update the company website for functionality, user experience and SEO.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance features and usability.

CRM Management

• Manage CRM setup, customization, and data integrity.
• Automate workflows and generate reports
• Use CRM data to inform targeted marketing and sales strategies.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Align website and CRM functions with marketing, sales, and customer service goals.
• Develop strategies for lead generation, customer retention, and data-driven campaigns.
• Integrate the website and CRM for a seamless customer experience.

Project Management

• Lead website redesigns, CRM upgrades, and feature implementations.
• Manage timelines and testing of new functionalities.
• Educational Qualifications: Degree not required; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in project management.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in project management, strong communication skills, knowledge of website development (frontend/backend), programming, and database management; familiarity with WordPress.
