Project Assistant

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above/ diploma holder in related disciplines;
• Experience in project/ maintenance/ facilities management is an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Word/ Excel/;
• With MS Power Point / Computer Knowledge;
• Basic written, spoken and typing Chinese and English;
• Possession of valid Hong Kong driving license (Code 2).

Responsibilities:

• Handle admin and clerical duties including data entry or recording works;
• Assist in document preparation such as tender document;
• Perform ad hoc tasks and outdoor duties as assigned.

Working Hours:

• 08:30-17:30 (Monday to Friday)
