Project Assistant

Your skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with parents, schools, staff, and government officials.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, email, and document management.
• Ability to read and write Kannada is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Your tasks

• Regularly check and maintain the files and documentation of children and staff.
• Maintain good and professional communication with parents and guardians.
• Coordinate with parents regarding required documents, school-related matters, appointments, and other necessary information.
• Coordinate with government officials and departments such as DCPU (District Child Protection Unit) and CWC (Child Welfare Committee).
• Assist in preparing and submitting documents required by government authorities.
• Maintain records of official communication, submissions, visits, and follow-ups.
• Support the Outreach Team during inspections, meetings, and official visits.
• Manage and maintain internal documents related to the Outreach Team.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect information and documents when required.
• Support the team in preparing reports, records, trackers, and other official documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information and records related to children, families, and staff.
