Core Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

• Maintain executive calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and manage scheduling conflicts.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record accurate meeting minutes, and follow up on designated action items.
• Collect, organize, and compile client feedback and deliverables for leadership review.
• Screen and draft correspondence, managing confidential technical and business data with discretion.

Project Coordination

• Assist Project Managers in tracking project schedules, task assignments, and milestones using project management tools.
• Maintain central project documentation, including requirement specs, meeting records, and status reports.
• Facilitate day-to-day communication across development, design, and teams to ensure deadline compliance.
• Support the setup of team syncs and routine client status updates.
