Project Assistant｜项目助理

About the role

Project Assistant role supporting Hong Kong project preparation, cross-departmental communication and daily operational support. The position will be involved in multiple stages of new projects from preparation to launch, and maintain close communication with brands, operations, suppliers and other partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Hong Kong project preparation, advancement and daily execution work
• Track project progress, timelines and related tasks to ensure matters are completed as planned
• Assist communication between different departments and information organisation, including operations, brand, food and beverage and administrative affairs
• Liaise with suppliers, partners and other external units, follow up on quotations, information and project arrangements
• Assist in organising contracts, quotations, meeting minutes, project files and related materials
• Assist with meeting arrangements, itinerary coordination and follow-up on subsequent matters
• Support various preparation and on-site work before and after store opening
• Handle other administrative and coordination matters as required by projects

About you

• Diploma or above qualification
• Good organisational, communication and coordination abilities
• Careful work, sense of responsibility, strong execution and time management abilities
• Able to handle matters independently while adapting to multi-tasking and fast-paced work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and similar office software
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with basic English communication and writing abilities
• Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, retail, brand projects or new store preparation is preferred
• Interest in high-end food and beverage and lifestyle industry is preferred
• Applicants must possess legal Hong Kong identity
