Project Assistant

• Hosts pre-construction meetings and pre-installation oculars; prepares and submits required reports.
• Manages the weekly operating calendar and schedule for installation and post-installation activities.
• Oversees planning milestones and ensures compliance with delivery SLAs.
• Handles supplier onboarding, provides clear instructions, and maintains supplier relations.
• Tracks purchasing and documentation through Xero, including shipment monitoring and petty cash handling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field,
• Strong decision-making, leadership, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
