What they need
IMMEDIATELY JOINED!
- Manage SAQ for the Central, Southern and Eastern, including Lot Berjiran, Cabutan Geran (as per PO).
- Liaise with local councils (PBT), JPS, PTD and other relevant authorities for permit applications and approvals. Client communication shall be handled by the assigned PIC.
- Submission permit applications (Permit Khas/KM/PB/LLM/Konsesi) and others supporting documents.
- Coordinate pre-consultation with authorities.
- Prepare and submit Lesen Pendudukan Sementara (LPS/TOL) applications and other supporting documents.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least SPM or any related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and dealing with local councils and relevant authorities.
