Project Assistant

General info: Model of work: hybrid (3x per week from office in Warsaw/ Gdańsk or Gdynia)

Type of contract: B2B contract

We are seeking a Project Assistant for an assignment duration of 6 to 9 months . The ideal candidate will possess a self-driven attitude and a mindset akin to that of a Project Manager, as they will be responsible for managing certain tasks independently while supporting the Project Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall project management activities.
• Handle specific tasks independently to support the busy project flow.
• Facilitate communication among team members.
• Support decision-making and conflict resolution processes.
• Embrace change and contribute to innovative solutions.
