Project Assistant (Contract)

Duties

• To organise and maintain a library of music scores;
• To support the clearance of music copyright issues;
• To provide the administrative and clerical support for the AE Section;
• To provide logistical and preparatory support to the teacher training
• workshops/seminars, student enhancement programmes, various music activities, as well as arts performances;
• To communicate and liaise with different parties;
• To follow up any enquiries;
• To compile and organise participants' information for record using basic office computer applications;
• To maintain good record of files and relevant documents according to record management;
• To prepare and draft promotional materials,
• To work in various venues assigned by the EDB;
• To work irregular hours and on public holidays, if required;
• To take up any other duties as assigned by the Government Representatives

Qualifications Requirements

• Holder of a Hong Kong Bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
• Meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent preferred;
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (including Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing;
• Proficiency in music notation software, e.g.Sibelius, MuseCore, etc.
• Have at least 2 years' post-degree working experiences, is preferred.
