Project Assistant (Digital Marketing)

About the role

ACOO is seeking a Project Assistant (Digital Marketing) to join our dynamic project team

• Assist the business development team for new project pitching and development
• Manage various marketing, event, and online advertising projects to ensure on-time delivery to meet clients' needs.
• Evaluate and monitor the quality and effectiveness of the project performance, and then prepare the reports
• Support daily operational tasks to facilitate the workflow of the projects, such as documentation, data recording, reports...
• Updating and handling internal documents (order specification, regional product list, budget list, internal application form, etc.)
• Other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

A minimum 2 years' marketing project experience, preferably within an agency, media, or marketing environment. More experience will be considered for the Project Manager.

Proficient in handling MS Office, adobe, workflow and project management.

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing is a MUST.

Experience in planning and execution of online campaigns on marketing platforms such as Google, Facebook, IG, TikTok is preferable.
