Project Assistant / Intern

Responsibilities:

• Prepare marketing materials including poster, booklet, all kinds of advertising materials base on brand identity for both online and offline platforms
• Assist in coordinating day-to-day project activities and ensuring adherence to project schedules and timelines
• Support daily operational tasks to facilitate the workflow of the projects, such as documentation, data recording, reports.
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing/ Communications or related disciplines
• 1 year of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the F&B industry.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in the position and with demonstrated abilities will be considered.
