Project Assistant – Package Management (1-Month Contract)

Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual for a targeted, 1-month project managing package logistics and distribution tracking. This is an excellent, high-paying contract opportunity for anyone interested in operations, supply chain, business management, or project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, log, and organize incoming and outgoing packages and materials.
• Track inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies with high attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with project manager, vendors, or delivery couriers.
• Troubleshoot logistical bottlenecks and implement quick, structured solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of reliability and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-starter attitude.
• Experience in logistics, administrative support, or retail management is a plus but not required.

Onboarding & Compliance Requirements:

• Must pass a standard background check.
• Must sign a standard independent contractor agreement.
• Must submit a completed Form W-9.
• Must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI).

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 24.0 per week
