Project Assistant (Part-time)

About the role

Project Assistant position on a 3-year contract basis, responsible for coordinating with different units, partner organizations, and schools, while maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with different units, partner organizations, and schools
• Maintain project schedules and monitor project budgets
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support for project implementation
• Design promotional materials and assist in marketing and publicity activities
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Perform clerical duties, including handling enquiries, incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

About you

• Diploma or Higher Certificate holder
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Energetic, proactive, outgoing, and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Willing to perform outdoor duties and work shifts when required
