Site Development and Construction Implementation

• Support the implementation of site development activities, including slope stabilization, drainage construction and rehabilitation, pathways, stairways, retaining structures, and other community infrastructure works.
• Supervise daily construction activities and Cash-for-Work labor teams at assigned project sites.
• Ensure works are implemented according to approved drawings, Bills of Quantities (BoQ), technical specifications, and engineering standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Assist in site assessments, measurements, layout marking, and verification of construction quantities.
• Monitor construction materials usage and report any shortages, quality concerns, or implementation issues.
• Support implementation of environmental mitigation measures and good construction practices throughout project activities.
• Immediately report technical challenges, construction defects, or implementation delays to the Project Officer.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years
• Education: diploma in civil engineering
