Job Description

As a Project Associate, you will support Project Managers and the Project Director in coordinating and monitoring projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project documentation, schedules, milestones, and reports
• Coordinate with project teams, Resource Managers, and HR
• Monitor project progress, issues, expenses, and deliverables
• Participate in project meetings, presentations, and kick-off activities
• Analyze project data and prepare reports for stakeholders
• Help improve project processes, tools, and workflows
• Ensure project information and documentation are accurate and updated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or project management tools
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Willing to work extended hours when necessary
• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
