Project Associate

Role Overview

We're hiring a Project Associate to own day-to-day project coordination - running multiple projects at once, managing vendor and client relationships, and driving jobs to closure quickly and cleanly. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants real operational responsibility in a growing business, not just a checklist to execute.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously (mix of large and small)
• Source, follow up with, and manage relationships with vendors and execution partners across trades (waterproofing, fabrication, flooring, painting, civil works)
• Build and maintain a reliable vendor network with backups
• Own client communication on ongoing projects - updates, coordination, issue resolution
• Support quotation preparation and follow-through to close deals faster
• Visit sites as needed to assess scope, coordinate execution, and ensure quality and timelines are met
• Spot bottlenecks early and push projects to closure proactively

Must-Haves

• Background in construction/civil execution (mandatory)
• 1-4 years of relevant experience - freshers will not be considered
• Owns a two-wheeler (required for site visits across Bangalore)
• Owns a smartphone
• Currently residing in Bangalore
• Fluent in Hindi, Kannada, and English

Good to Have

• Prior experience in waterproofing
• Sales or client-facing experience
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent hands-on training
