Project Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Associate to support the management and execution of product development projects. This role will coordinate project timelines, arrange product sample testing, track deliverables, maintain project documentation, and follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects progress smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and day-to-day coordination of product development projects.
• Arrange and monitor product sample preparation, distribution, testing, and feedback collection.
• Track project timelines, milestones, pending actions, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, laboratories, and other external partners.
• Organize project information, test results, meeting notes, and progress reports.
• Identify delays or potential issues and promptly escalate them to the project lead.
• Assist the team with customer insight research and other product innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, product development, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools is an advantage.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or consumer products is preferred.
