What they need
- Manage their workload and collaborate with executives and operating partners across multiple channels.
- Work with the project manager to establish priorities, schedules, and deadlines for tasks.
- Focus on clear communication with the clients & Suppliers via email to ensure they are informed and up-to-date on the projects.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
- Participate in or contribute to regularly scheduled company calls and meetings.
- Address and resolve sampling issues, respondent quality concerns, or platform errors.
- Monitor live fieldwork progress, resolve issues, and ensure data integrity.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Project Management within the Market Research industry.
Proficiency in project management would be advantageous.
Strong client management skills are highly desirable.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
