We are looking for a talent to:

• General Administration: Handle day-to-day office administration, meetings and operational tasks.
• Project Management & Grant Administration: Support the end-to-end management of charitable programmes and grant-making activities, including due diligence, project assessment, monitoring, evaluation, and intended impact reporting. Prepare evaluation reports, analyses, and funding recommendations for senior management and Board consideration.
• Stakeholder & Non-profit Engagement: Liaise and coordinate with grantees, community partners, schools, NGOs, and other stakeholders to facilitate the effective implementation of charitable projects, programmes, events, and campaigns.
• Communications & Public Affairs: Manage website content and communication materials. Monitor and summarize significant developments, trends, and noteworthy news in Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong, prepare regular news clippings or media briefing for Board members. Support the planning and execution of ceremonial events, including drafting speeches, press releases, and other publicity materials.
• Other Responsibilities: Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments as directed.

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Non-profit Management, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Communication or related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience in social service sector and hands-on experiences in project management. Fresh graduate with relevant placement experiences may also be considered as “Assistant Project Associate”.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
• Strong digital enabler, proficiency in using AI agents, and MS computer applications like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Attention to details, work well on multiple tasking and flexibility mode, and can work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
