Project Auditor

Department: Finance and Accounting
Reports To: Internal Audit Manager / Finance Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Auditor is responsible for auditing project-related financial transactions, expenditures, and operational activities to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and proper utilization of project resources.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct regular audits of project expenses, budgets, and financial records.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of project transactions, billings, and disbursements.
• Monitor project costs and identify discrepancies or budget variances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
• Review supporting documents for project purchases, payroll, and supplier payments.
• Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project and accounting personnel regarding audit findings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related course.
• Preferably with experience in auditing or accounting in the construction industry.
• Knowledgeable in project costing, financial reporting, and internal control procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• With strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and integrity.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
