Project-Based Customer Service Representative — Dayshift Schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to tobacco applications
• Assist customers through voice and non-voice channels
• Process applications and requests accurately based on campaign guidelines
• Provide clear information and appropriate resolution to customer concerns
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately
• Follow campaign policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards
• Maintain productivity and service quality throughout the project duration
• Project-based position with a defined campaign duration

Requirements:

• College graduates without BPO experience are welcome to apply
• Completed at least 2 years in college are also accepted but with at least 6 months BPO experience
• Average to Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Amendable working on a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays (FIXED DAYSHIFT SCHEDULE)
• 100% on-site working set up in Gilmore, Quezon City (beside LRT Gilmore Station)
