Procast Inc. is looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team in Clark, Pampanga.
Location: Clark, Pampanga – Onsite
Type: Project-Based
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals and social media
- Post job openings
- Conduct initial screening and interviews
- Assist with onboarding
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience
- Familiar with online recruitment platforms and social media sourcing
- Must be able to speak and understand Kapampangan
- Must have your own laptop
