Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Projects may involve digital transformation, CRM implementations, customer experience platforms, digital banking initiatives, platform migrations, API integrations, branch systems, portfolio management platforms, and enterprise application enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, project documentation, and risk registers.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, issues, and risks.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committee engagements, and stakeholder discussions.
• Coordinate business, development, testing, infrastructure, and support teams throughout project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, SDLC standards, and organizational policies.
• Drive project delivery using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as applicable.
• Support requirements discussions and translate business needs into actionable project plans.
• Manage third-party integrations, API dependencies, and enterprise application implementations.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and key milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or any related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of actual IT Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end technology projects and system implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex technology environments.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing projects within the Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Insurance industry.

• Knowledge of banking applications such as:

  • Loans
  • Mobile Banking
  • CRM Platforms
  • Digital Banking Solutions

• Experience with Salesforce, particularly Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

• Experience handling API integration projects and enterprise system integrations.

• Experience with digital transformation, platform migration, customer experience, or online banking initiatives.

• Familiarity with customer onboarding, case management, loyalty programs, or wealth management platforms.

• Exposure to branch technology projects and operational banking systems.
