Project Based Liaison Officer (URGENT)

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating with government agencies, clients, suppliers, and other external parties to facilitate permits, documents, project requirements, and other official transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process permits, licenses, clearances, and other project documents.
• Coordinate with government offices, clients, and external agencies.
• Handle company and project-related transactions and submissions.
• Follow up on applications, approvals, and required documents.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and documents.
• Assist the project team with administrative and coordination requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any relevant course.
• Experience as a Liaison Officer, Messenger, or similar role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with government offices and permit processing is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel and conduct field transactions.
• Project-based position.
