Project Based - Nurse

Job Summary

Responsible for providing basic healthcare services, first aid, health monitoring, and medical assistance to project personnel while promoting a safe and healthy workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees.
• Monitor employees’ health and attend to work-related injuries or illnesses.
• Maintain medical records and prepare health-related reports.
• Conduct health monitoring and assist in medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers when needed.
• Support workplace health and safety programs.
• Ensure availability and proper maintenance of first-aid supplies.
• Promote proper health, hygiene, and safety practices on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• Experience in construction or project sites is an advantage.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, attentive, and able to handle emergencies.
• Willing to work on project sites.
• Project-based position.
