Project-based Recruitment Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts initial/preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions
• Performs background reference checks and assists with interviews as needed
• Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/database
• Undertakes task that may be assigned from time to time by the Recruitment Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRDM, or in other related industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Knowledge of general recruitment processes and testing would be an advantage
• Must be amenable to report onsite in VXI Panorama, Quezon City
• Must be amenable to day shift/mid-shift
