Project Based Section 8 Multi- Site Property Manager

Established Nashville based Property Management and Development Company is seeking a Multi-Site Property Manager for two Project Based Section 8 Property in the Nashville, TN area. Applicants must be a team leader and customer focused, with knowledge of the Section 8 processes.

Must have on-site property management experience and current experience in LIHTC and Section 8 housing, EIV and TRACS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of the property, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgets, compiling reports and HUD Regulations.
