DESCRIPTION

Supports the Training & Development team in creating engaging, structured, and easy-to-understand learning materials. The role focuses on developing training modules, presentations, assessments, job aids, and digital learning content using AI and multimedia tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop training modules from approved policies, processes, and job requirements.
• Create PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guides, handouts, job aids, infographics, and training materials.
• Use AI tools for content drafting, presentations, images, scripts, quizzes, and learning activities.
• Develop short training videos, including scripts, storyboards, voice-over content, and on-screen text.
• Create pre/post assessments, knowledge checks, and scenario-based questions.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to validate and improve training content.
• Maintain organized training files, version control, and materials for LMS upload.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Communication, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong content creation skills are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with experience or exposure to training content development, instructional design, digital learning, presentations, or multimedia creation.
• Familiar with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva/Canva AI, AI image/video tools, voice-over tools, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written communication, creativity, research, and organizational skills.
• Able to transform technical information into simple and engaging learning content.
