Project Billing Specialist (strong Excel)

Robert Half has partnered with a growing engineering company to locate a Project Billing Specialist with Excel skilsl for a full time position with benefits.

Prefer candidates in Maine, 1 day per week on-site or fully remote if over 1 hour from office location. Must be able to travel to training 3rd week of October.

The ideal Billing Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

• 2+ years Accounts Receivable or similar experience
• Advanced Excel skills to track large spreadsheets for long cycle engineering projects
• Construction knowledge a plus - time & materials
• DOT knowledge a plus, not required (prevailing wage)
• Accuracy and ability to multi-task
