Project Civil Engineer

HML Technologies and Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Project Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating with project stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Project-in-Charge, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients regarding project requirements and progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment and progress reports.
• Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays or issues, recommending appropriate corrective actions.
• Verify work accomplishments and quantities for billing and project documentation.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures and safety regulations on site.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Perform other engineering and project-related duties as may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a construction project supervision preferably building project.
• Knowledgeable in plan reading, quantity surveying, project scheduling, and construction methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and adapt to project requirements.
• Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
