Project Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Design & Project Oversight
   Review and interpret technical blueprints using CAD software (AutoCAD/Revit) specifically for poultry house designs.
   Oversee the installation and integration of specialized poultry equipment, including automated feeding and high-tech ventilation systems.
   Ensure electrical planning aligns with the requirements for environmental control systems (e.g., Tunnel Ventilation).

2. Leadership & Logistics Management
   Select, train, and supervise on-site construction personnel and subcontractors.
   Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure all milestones are met without compromising quality.
   Coordinate the efficient delivery and allocation of building materials and resources.

3. Safety, Biosecurity, and Compliance
   Enforce strict biosecurity standards essential for poultry farm environments to prevent disease outbreaks.
   Maintain rigorous adherence to OSHA standards and local building codes.
   Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify structural integrity and safety compliance.
   Handle conflict resolution and act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries.

Job Qualifications

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Agricultural, or Electrical) or a closely related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or agricultural construction.
Specialization: Proven track record of managing livestock housing projects.
Licensing: Must possess a valid professional license or industry-recognized certification.

Technical Skills

Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD or Revit for blueprint management.
Systems Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automated feeding systems and environmental control hardware.
Engineering Logic: Expertise in electrical planning tailored for large-scale agricultural facilities.
Project Management: Strong ability to oversee budgets and meet strict deadlines.
Leadership: Exceptional skills in team management and personnel development.
Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from engineers to manual laborers.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
