Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Technician to join our team. This position is perfect for a dynamic, hands-on individual who enjoys variety in their work and the opportunity to learn multiple cleaning services. Project Technicians handle specialized jobs such as deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, power washing, and floor scrubbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialty cleaning services across a range of environments.
• Operate and maintain advanced cleaning equipment and tools.
• Follow safety standards and proper chemical handling practices.
• Work independently or with a team to complete projects efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Ensure each project meets Executive Cleaning’s high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, facilities, or specialty cleaning preferred (but training provided).
• Ability to use or learn commercial cleaning equipment (extractors, power washers, floor scrubbers, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-conscious.
• Physically capable of lifting, moving equipment, and working on your feet.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
