Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of new showroom projects, starting from the initial site stage to final handover.
• Coordinate with builders, civil contractors, architects, interior designers, and other project vendors.
• Monitor civil work, interior fit-outs, electrical work, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other site-related activities.
• Coordinate the procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning of building equipment, fixtures, furniture, and other required materials.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, workmanship, quality, and adherence to approved layouts.
• Track project timelines, budgets, material requirements, and completion schedules.
• Follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of assigned work.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations, Purchase, IT, Marketing, and Administration, for showroom readiness.
• Identify project delays, site issues, and material shortages, and coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve them.
• Maintain project trackers, daily progress reports, vendor details, quotations, bills, and project documentation.
• Ensure all required utilities, equipment, signage, and infrastructure are installed and functional before showroom launch.
• Coordinate final inspections, snag-list closure, and handover of completed showrooms to the Operations team.
