Project Co-Ordinator

Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery. The role involves coordinating between cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Development, QA, Design, Product, and Sales) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
• Monitor task progress and follow up on pending actions.
• Prepare status reports and share regular updates with stakeholders.
• Support risk identification and issue tracking.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, reviews, and client calls.
• Ensure adherence to project processes, standards, and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 12 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project coordination and delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in IT / software services environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Educational Qualification :

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (Project Management / IT preferred).
