Tyremax Group is seeking an organised, capable Enablement Co-ordinator on a contract to support project delivery, documentation and analysis across our technology and transformation portfolio. It’s a broad, hands-on role: co-ordinating activity across projects and vendors, keeping documentation current and useful, and pulling together the analysis and reporting that keep decisions moving.

What you’ll do

• Co-ordinate day-to-day project activity — actions, dependencies, timelines and follow-ups across concurrent workstreams.
• Co-ordinate delivery and support activity with vendors and implementation partners, and drive issues to resolution.
• Prepare and run project meetings, and keep status, risk and action logs current.
• Write and maintain project and process documentation — requirements, process notes, test scripts, user guides and release notes.
• Keep project records, registers and shared workspaces organised and up to date.
• Pull together data and prepare reporting on delivery progress, adoption and support trends.
• Support requirements gathering, testing and user acceptance, and data validation for platform migrations.
• Communicate progress and escalate risks, blockers and capacity issues to the Business Enablement Manager and project sponsors.

What you’ll need

• 2+ years in project co-ordination, business analysis, delivery support or a similar role.
• Strong written skills, with an eye for clear, well-structured documentation.
• Confident with Excel and reporting tools, and comfortable working with data.
• Strong stakeholder communication, with the confidence to surface issues early.
• Well organised and self-directed, able to juggle concurrent priorities within governance constraints.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Highly regarded

• Exposure to enterprise systems or ERP programs (NetSuite, Business Central or similar).
• Experience with B2B portals, eCommerce, WMS, TMS, integration or data/BI initiatives.
• Project or agile credentials, or experience in distribution, wholesale or logistics.
• Confident use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate documentation and analysis.
