Project Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor Engineering projects to ensure activities, milestones, records, and deliverables are completed on time.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project-related matters and coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Attend site meetings, follow up on action items, and provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, milestones, and budget status.
• Identify and promptly escalate project issues, risks, delays, or resource constraints.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and resource allocation for project and onsite requirements.
• Conduct onsite checks and site surveys, coordinate troubleshooting and return visits, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Compile site information, photographs, measurements, test results, and service records,
• Support the preparation and submission of monthly O&M reports.
• Maintain project documentation and the logbook for each commissioned project, ensuring all project and maintenance records are complete and properly filed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and expedite project completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant experience in project coordination, preferably within an engineering, construction, electrical, renewable-energy or technical-services environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to liaise confidently with clients, vendors, contractors and colleagues at all levels.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence would be an advantage.
