Project Co-Ordinator

Key responsibilities

Co-ordinating daily project activities and ensuring all team members are aligned with project objectives and timelines

Maintaining project documentation, including drawings, specifications, permits, and correspondence

Scheduling and attending site meetings

Liaising between site teams, clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution

Monitoring project progress against schedules and identifying potential delays or risks

Supporting the Project Manager with administrative tasks and project reporting

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

1-2 years of experience in a project co-ordination or similar administrative role within the construction industry

Written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records

Knowledge of construction processes and project scheduling
