Project Co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor site progress and safety matter
• Coordinate with client and sub-contractors

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, or a related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years solid site experience in building / maintenance construction field;
• Experience in A&A, renovations and fitting out works is an advantage;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD;
• Good command of written and spoke English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience / qualification will be considered as Assistant Project Co-ordinator.

Draftsman

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Engineering / Architectural Technical Drawing
• Coordinate with the project team

Requirements:

• Diploma in Drafting / Engineering, or a related discipline;

• Minimum 1 year's relevant experience;

• Interior Design Concept is preferred;

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
