Project Commissioning Engineer

THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organization in the Chemical industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Project Commissioning Engineer as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Department

THE ROLE

The Project Commissioning Engineer is responsible for:

• Lead and coordinate commissioning activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) performance throughout project execution.
• Manage testing, commissioning documentation, and project reporting requirements.
• Work closely with customers, contractors, and project teams to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
• Coach and support team members while driving continuous improvement and successful project handover.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, or at least 10 years of experience in the water treatment industry.
• Proven experience in commissioning supervision or project execution activities.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of water treatment systems and equipment, with willingness to travel as required.
