DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of requirements for permit applications licenses, accreditation, especially Cebu has upcoming several projects in Banawa, Talamban, Mandaue, Consolacion and Medellin
• Timeliness of application, registration & renewal process of all regulatory documents to avoid penalties & apprehensions
• Proficiency in the application process through accuracy & timeliness to ensure the licenses & permits are secured on time
• Field works
• Provide reports to direct superior regarding status updates of tasks and through presentation material
• Documentation / proper filing of documents
• Coordination with other departments and external contacts
• Build and maintain good relations internally and externally especially with government contacts
• And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Political Science or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years related work experience in housing or real estate
• Ability to communicate well and professionally in both oral and written English
• Highly organized and can work under pressure
• Goal-oriented and has critical and analytical thinking
• Willing to do business trips from time to time
