The candidate must thrive in a team environment; and work collaboratively with our firm’s Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers and Construction Administrators.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT AT O'CONNELL ROBERTSON…. The Project Construction Coordinator (PCC) will be responsible for working with Construction Administration team members.

• Support our Construction Administration staff.
• Coordinate project documentation and flow during the construction phase of complex healthcare and education projects – Submittals, RFI’s, Proposal Requests, ASI’s, contracts, etc.
• Assist the Construction Administrators and other staff members with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Follow-up and coordinate with team members and consultants.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR NEW ROLE… We’re looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you’ll need…

• Minimum of 3 years’ related industry experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Bluebeam/Acrobat
• Newforma knowledge is a plus.
• Have working knowledge of construction materials, building trades, and the products associated with them .
• Detail oriented and understanding of time sensitivity with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
