Project / Construction Engineer

As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Construction & Projects Engineer to oversee the technical execution and supervision of our construction and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction and fit-out works on site.
• Review and analyze project plans, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate the following technical areas:
• Electrical systems
• Plumbing and hydraulic systems
• Air conditioning and HVAC systems
• Air supply and extraction systems
• Fire protection and safety systems
• Other construction-related technical works
• Coordinate with engineering offices, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure that works are executed according to technical specifications, quality standards, deadlines, and safety requirements.
• Identify technical issues on site and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor project progress through completion and handover.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in a construction or technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project analysis and execution.
• Strong experience in construction site supervision.
• Proven technical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, ventilation, extraction, and fire safety systems.
• Strong ability to read and analyze technical drawings and project documentation.
• Good coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project stakeholders.

Experience in retail expansion projects, supermarkets, shopping centers, or multi-site projects is a strong plus.
