Project Construction Engineer- Instrumentation & Control

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, I&C

Licenses/Certifications: PRC and PMP is an advantage

Work Experience: Project Experience: Atleast 7 years with 4 years on construction

Knowledge & Skills: Project Management, Construction Safety Management, Scheduling Management, Cost Control, Construction Management, Leadership Proficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee construction and activities across assigned project sites.
• Lead and coordinate with Owner's Engineer to prepare and implement Project Plan.
• Lead effort in maintaining target Cost Peformance Index, Schedule Performance Index, and Safety Index
• Deliver and coordinate work packages for both maintenance and project-related tasks in accordance with project schedules and requirements.
• Supervise and manage service contractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor construction safety programs to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, project stakeholders, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, site documentation, and project updates.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies related to project execution and safety.
• Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for ongoing maintenance and project activities
• Supports project audits, management reviews, governance reviews, and assurance activities by providing cost information, analyses, and supporting documentation as required.
