Job Purpose

Dinga Business Solutions is seeking a legally registered Project/ Construction Manager that is able to lead and deliver construction projects across all 6 SACPCMP project stages. The candidate will be responsible for executing projects safely, on time, and within stipulated budget while strictly complying with South African construction regulations and standards.

Employment type: 3 months Fixed term contract

Location: Ekurhuleni Metropolitan

Minimum requirements:

Professional registration: Active SACPCMP Pr.CPM or PrCM and

Experience required: 3+ years relevant post-registration experience with SACPCMP in multidisciplinary engineering works

Minimum Educational Requirement: A SAQA-accredited Btech in engineering/ built environment and/ or SAQA-accredited Bsc or BEng in engineering/ built environment .

Key Responsibilities

· Full project lifecycle management, operating across all 6 statutory SACPCMP project lifecycle stages

· Project planning, scoping, control and delivery

· Contract administration and financial control

· Risk and change management

· Health, safety, and regulatory compliance

· Communication, reporting and liaising with stakeholders
