What you will to:

As our Project Consultant, you will run daily scheduled consultations, diagnose homeowner needs, and present professional painting solutions that solve problems. You will serve as the bridge between client trust and company revenue, ensuring every homeowner receives a 5-star experience from the first handshake to the signed contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct an average of 3 consultations per day with energy, focus, and professionalism. At times 4 consultations.
• Execute disciplined daily follow-up on all open estimates to maximize every lead.
• Adhere strictly to the Millan Painting F7 sales script and process to ensure consistent results.
• Protect company margins by selling on value and excellence rather than price.

Outcomes & Success Metrics

• Closing Ratio: Maintain a close rate of 40% or higher.
• Revenue Generation: Consistently drive $100,000 – $150,000 in monthly sales volume.
• Net Sales Per Lead Issued (NSLI): Average $2,500+ per lead.
• Profitability: Maintain Gross Profit (GP) margins between 55-60% and higher.

Experience Required:

• Preferably in Home Services
• Experience with CRM's & Softwares
• Self efficient
