Project Consultant

As a Project Consultant, you will help new customers get up and running on JustGo and help existing customers adopt additional modules. Working closely with our Customer Success team, you will take a bird’s-eye view of each customer’s organisation, understand how they work, and design solutions that bring several JustGo modules together, as most processes rely on multiple modules configured to work as one.

Most of the time, you will deliver these solutions by configuring the platform’s existing settings (no-code/low-code), with input from our Development team when it is needed. This is a proactive role: you will drive each project forward rather than waiting for the customer to ask, and you will stay with the customer through the hypercare period after go-live. Full product training is provided, so we value how you think and work more than any prior knowledge of JustGo.

What you will do:

• Lead the onboarding of new customers and the rollout of add-on modules to existing customers, from kick-off through to go-live
• Run discovery sessions to understand each customer’s business processes, goals, and requirements
• Design end-to-end solutions that combine multiple JustGo modules, such as membership, events, communications, qualifications, and safeguarding
• Translate business processes into platform configuration, using JustGo’s no-code/low-code settings
• Plan and manage projects, setting milestones, tracking progress, and keeping work on schedule
• Proactively identify next steps, risks, and dependencies, and keep customers informed and engaged
• Manage scope and change requests, assessing their impact and agreeing changes with customers and internal teams
• Prepare test scenarios, carry out thorough testing, and support customers through user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Produce clear solution documentation and configuration records, and train customer administrators to manage their setup with confidence
• Work closely with the Development, Support, and Product teams, and write clear requirements when development work is needed
• Provide dedicated support during the hypercare period after go-live, resolving issues quickly
• Hand customers over to the Support team at the end of hypercare with complete documentation
• Share customer insight and recurring needs with the Product team to help improve the platform

What you will be responsible for:

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT project consultation, SaaS implementation, or a similar role, gained either in a full-time position or through an internship, along with excellent written and spoken English. A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred but not a requirement.

Specific project objectives and success measures will be agreed based on the customer, project scope, and level of responsibility.

• Previous experience delivering software implementations, onboarding, or customer-facing projects, preferably within a SaaS environment
• Strong requirements discovery and solution design skills, with the ability to turn business needs into practical, workable solutions
• A systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to see how different parts of a platform work together to support a complete process
• Experience configuring software platforms, or a strong aptitude for learning no-code/low-code configuration
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to plan work, manage timelines, and take ownership of outcomes
• A proactive approach, anticipating customer needs and moving projects forward without waiting to be asked
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to lead workshops and guide customer decisions
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when configuring settings, testing solutions, and managing customer data
• Experience with testing and UAT, and a methodical approach to making sure solutions work as intended
• Ability to write clear documentation and deliver training to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage scope and change requests while keeping customer relationships positive
• Ability to work with colleagues and customers across different cultural backgrounds and time zones
• A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and build deep product knowledge
• Experience with membership, event management, CRM, or sports administration systems would be an advantage

• Salary: BDT 40,000–75,000 per month, depending on experience
